ESi Controls 22mm S Plan Heating Pack
The ESi Controls S Plan kit comprises of a 2 channel programmer (ES2247B), 2pcs motorised zone vales (ESZV222L), electronic room thermostat (ESRTE2), clamp-on cylinder thermostat (ESCTS) and a 12 way wiring centre (ESWC1).
The ESi S plan kit provides fully independent time and temperature control of the heating and hot water in pumped domestic central heating systems. Ensuring that when both the heating and hot water demands are satisfied the boiler and pump are switched off by the controls.
This standard S plan kit meets the requirements of Part L of the building regulations and if required can also be easily extended to include full control for a second heating zone (a building regulations requirement in homes larger than 150m2).
There is also the opportunity to upgrade to a programmable room thermostat and a single channel programmer to provide full temperature control right through the day.
And if an additional heating zone is required, this can be facilitated by the addition of another two port zone valve and either upgrading to a three channel programmer and another electronic room thermostat, or by adding a programmable room thermostat.
The kit comes pre-boxed and is an economical solution for any S Plan system.

Returns are subject too a 50% re-stocking charge.
- Items installed/fitted without professional understanding IE Oftec/SafeGas Registered Installer certificates, invalidate any warranty of said item bought.. This is however is at the companies discretion.
- All products must be inspected within 24hrs. Goods are non-returnable after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods including but not limited to printed circuit boards, control boxes, chemicals, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please ask if you are unsure if you can return your goods.
Some items are not returnable such as PCB Boards and Boilers if they are opened, There also will be a 25% Handling fee for All Items if accepted for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed by Spares Direct.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer / supplier error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
