Delavan oil nozzles are designed to regulate the flow of oil within a domestic oil boiler, to ensure that heat is provided in a consistent and efficient manner. Known as a "Type W" nozzle, the Delavan oil nozzles are a versatile alternative to Type A and Type B oil nozzles, featuring a semi-hard cone which creates a stable pressure at both high and low flow rates, rendering it compatible with a wide variety of different domestic oil boilers.
Delavan's 80° W oil burner nozzles deliver precision-engineered atomization for residential oil burners. With a consistent 80°‐wide spray angle and all-purpose W-type spray cone, each nozzle ensures optimal fuel combustion and efficient heat output.
Available in 0.50 GPH (.50), 0.65 GPH (.65), 0.75 GPH (.75), and 0.85 GPH (.85) capacities, each nozzle is sold individually. They feature a robust brass body, stainless-duty orifice, and built-in strainer to protect against clogging. Returns are subject too a 50% re-stocking charge.
- Items installed/fitted without professional understanding IE Oftec/SafeGas Registered Installer certificates, invalidate any warranty of said item bought.. This is however is at the companies discretion.
- All products must be inspected within 24hrs. Goods are non-returnable after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods including but not limited to printed circuit boards, control boxes, chemicals, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please ask if you are unsure if you can return your goods.
Some items are not returnable such as PCB Boards and Boilers if they are opened, There also will be a 25% Handling fee for All Items if accepted for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed by Spares Direct.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer / supplier error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Unwanted goods or Failed deliveries of items bought
If for any reason you order from us and the item has been shipped, but you no longer wish to have the item, the goods should be returned to us at the consumers cost. The price of goods will be refunded upon delivery/inspection (please note carriage cost will NOT be refunded. This also applies to missed deliveries/collection of goods from currier depot.
