The Honeywell Satronic TF830.3 Control Box is a genuine oil burner safety control unit designed to control and monitor 1-stage oil power burners up to 30 kg/h capacity. Suitable for intermittent operation, this burner control box provides reliable start-up sequencing, flame supervision and lockout protection for oil-fired heating systems.
Used widely in oil boiler and burner servicing, the TF830.3 features a flame-resistant transparent housing, manual reset from lockout, flame check and reset circuits, and a temperature-compensated timer for dependable burner control.

Applications
The Honeywell Satronic TF830.3 is commonly used in oil-fired boilers, domestic and commercial oil burner systems, and burner servicing where a dependable 220/240V oil burner safety control box is required.
Please note: Always check the model number, wiring base and flame detector compatibility before ordering. Installation should only be carried out by a qualified heating or oil burner engineer.
Returns
Returns are subject too a 50% re-stocking charge.
- Items installed/fitted without professional understanding IE Oftec/SafeGas Registered Installer certificates, invalidate any warranty of said item bought.. This is however is at the companies discretion.
- All products must be inspected within 24hrs. Goods are non-returnable after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods including but not limited to printed circuit boards, control boxes, chemicals, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please ask if you are unsure if you can return your goods.
Some items are not returnable such as PCB Boards and Boilers if they are opened, There also will be a 25% Handling fee for All Items if accepted for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed by Spares Direct.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer / supplier error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unwanted goods or Failed deliveries of items bought
If for any reason you order from us and the item has been shipped, but you no longer wish to have the item, the goods should be returned to us at the consumers cost. The price of goods will be refunded upon delivery/inspection (please note carriage cost will NOT be refunded. This also applies to missed deliveries/collection of goods from currier depot.
