The Honeywell Satronic TF832.3 Control Box is a reliable oil burner safety control unit designed for 2-stage oil power burners with capacities up to 30 kg/h. Built for intermittent operation, this control box monitors burner start-up, flame detection and lockout safety functions to help ensure dependable burner performance.
Ideal for boiler engineers, heating technicians and oil burner servicing, the TF832.3 features a flame-resistant transparent housing, manual reset push button with integrated lockout signal lamp, and compatibility with common Satronic/Honeywell flame detection options.

Applications
The Honeywell Satronic TF832.3 is commonly used in oil-fired heating systems, commercial oil burners and boiler burner servicing where a dependable 2-stage oil burner safety control box is required.
Please note: Wiring base/socket may be sold separately depending on your installation. Always check compatibility with your existing burner and flame detector before ordering. Installation should be carried out by a qualified heating or burner engineer.
Returns
Returns are subject too a 50% re-stocking charge.
- Items installed/fitted without professional understanding IE Oftec/SafeGas Registered Installer certificates, invalidate any warranty of said item bought.. This is however is at the companies discretion.
- All products must be inspected within 24hrs. Goods are non-returnable after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods including but not limited to printed circuit boards, control boxes, chemicals, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please ask if you are unsure if you can return your goods.
Some items are not returnable such as PCB Boards and Boilers if they are opened, There also will be a 25% Handling fee for All Items if accepted for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed by Spares Direct.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer / supplier error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unwanted goods or Failed deliveries of items bought
If for any reason you order from us and the item has been shipped, but you no longer wish to have the item, the goods should be returned to us at the consumers cost. The price of goods will be refunded upon delivery/inspection (please note carriage cost will NOT be refunded. This also applies to missed deliveries/collection of goods from currier depot.
